Loved this place. Perfect set-up for me and my family. Kids loved the game room, I loved the styling and rooms, parents loved how close the beach was. Rooms were spacious and hot tub was great. Also lots of supplies, games, and etc if you happen to forget something. Host was super responsive and helpful. Cool in-wall sound system with 8-track player which I thought was awesome, just wish there was a bigger selection of 8 track tapes! Haha

This is the coolest place!!!! It's right out of That 70's Show. It feels like coming home for the holidays to a comfortable time capsule. Fully stocked and furnished, they've thought of everything. Right down to utensils, hot tub towels, rubber mats for sandy shoes and even dog specific towels. The garage stainless steel sinks and outside hot water faucet was PERFECT for dealing with your clams. The caretaker Melissa was immediate with responses and even made us breakfast one morning! I was actually sad to leave. It was private and quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room in the driveway for your truck.

We rented the house for 8 senior ladies to just get away. The house was perfect. We walked into a comfortable furnished and welcoming 70’s decor home. We all immediately felt at home and relaxed. Further, little items brought back so many fun memories for us to share.
The house is laid out so that we could do things together or separately. So many amenities!
Each of us brought food - which meant a lot of food and time in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy for everyone to prepare their “dish” for the others. Our host was helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this beach house. Highly, highly recommend!! The hosts were extremely responsive with the questions we had ahead of our stay and during check-out. The house was above and beyond what we expected from the listing. Lots of space, a kitchen that was well-stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal, plenty of soft sheets and towels, and the fun surprise of tons of kid toys. We had grandparents and kids with us, so all ages, and everyone had a great time. These hosts know how to run an excellent Airbnb!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Anne's house -- the only downside was that our trip was too short! Great location, clean house, 5 minute walk to the beach and some local restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Seabrook for more amenities. Would recommend Pacific Peach and this home!

Anne’s house was incredible. It was large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids, especially during a rainy weekend at the coast. The only slight downside is that the house was a bit farther from the beach than we expected. It’s 4 blocks as the crow flies, but about an 8 block actual walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Quaint vintage home

This was a nice family getaway weekend! We enjoyed our stay here, and loved being able to walk to the beach! The home is a 1970s home that has mostly been updated, but still retains the vintage feel. Lots of room for all 11 of us! Many items are available for guest use! Some things feel a little aged, but the home was clean and comfortable and the owners were very prompt in communicating!

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. We had 7 people, but this home was so big, we had plenty of room to stretch out all over! We LOVED the hot tub and the game room was a hit! The two great big couches made it easy to watch TV together. The dining table was big enough for all of us. The kitchen was really well-stocked with anything you could imagine! There is a standalone fridge, and then a separate drop freezer, which was nice because we bought way too much food and it wouldn't have all fit in a normal fridge/freezer combo. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a whole fenced backyard to run around in. Note that ALL of the bedrooms are upstairs. Bedrooms were huge and looked very pleasing. Beds were very soft, which had mixed opinions in our group (some people like a firm mattress). The beach was beautiful, even on a rainy, windy March day! Our dogs loved the 5-6 minute walk to the beach and of course chasing the ball in the sand. We will definitely rent this place again!

This house is obviously an older house that has been beautifully updated. When you walk in you still get that nostalgic old house smell that reminds me of my grandparents house. The layout of the house is almost maze like! When you think you've seen everything, you find a new room! Some of the rooms take you back in time with the antique chandeliers and unique wallpaper. The game room was very well loved by all guests! There was a fully stocked kitchen with any cooking utensils you could ever need! There's even an entire spice cupboard. The hot tub was absolutely amazing even in a wind storm! The privacy fence on the side of the hot tub was great! The only thing I could 'complain' about is the fact that I don't want anyone else to find this hidden gem and it be booked up anytime I want to return 😂 The hosts were very helpful and responsive. They have a great team that runs this house! If you're thinking about booking this house for a large group, you're not going to regret it!

It's a very big house and can accommodate 11 people. The house is vintage and appears to date back to the 1970s. It had this really cool, old school Nutone built-in home stereo system which was very vintage. It was very spacious and a lot more affordable than nearby SeaBroook which is only 4 minutes away by car. The beach access is walking distance from the house. There is a also beach access by vehicle .5 miles away. The back yard is totally fenced in for people with dogs and it worked out great for us. It was very secure. There was a gas grill at the house in the back porch area which was nice.

Staying with Moby's was the best choice for our girls' weekend! The place was easy to access, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy—perfect for reading and napping. The hot tub was nothing short of amazing, providing a relaxing atmosphere after our day out.
We loved that it was just a short drive to Ocean Shores, allowing us to spend a wonderful day at the fun center and exploring shops while still have energy to hit the casino later. The beach itself was beautiful, and the access was conveniently close. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some fun with friends! Oh and if you like clamming- this place is a MUST!

This place is HUGE, with lots of sleeping areas! Would be great for a family reunion, but was also very nice for just two people. Host was very responsive and friendly. What a fun spacious house! Just so much space to spread out. We had half kids and half adults. Family reunion. Tons of amenities. The beach was a short walk and so clean and pretty. No crowds. Quaint little town witha small grocery, a bar and an antique store. What else do you need!! The kids really enjoyed the gameroom and the adults the hot tub. I would love to come back next year and do it all over again.

Girl's Weekend

Had a girlfriend's getaway at this place and it was exactly what we (four middle age women) needed, a few days at the seaside.
The house was so interesting and different, very retro, but we loved it. It is super spacious, great for a large group but we loved each having our own bedroom with comfy beds. We enjoyed the large homey kitchen, and spreading out on the huge couches in the living room. The old radio and record player were so fun and we enjoyed the garage with Mrs Pacman Arcade game, Fussball table and Basketball game. Internet/Wifi signal was a bit sketchy but to be expected in a remote area. Though we didn't watch TV, when we did turn it on once, the signal was interrupted. Hot Tub was nice and super clean. We also made a fire inside the fireplace with the wood provided. Walk to the wide open beach is just 5 minutes. We also met one of the hosts, Melissa, and she was friendly and showed us the entire property and told us about future plans. Would stay here again!

Our family went on a long weekend here. Several adults, teenagers, and kids. There was plenty of space for everyone and the hot tub was a huge hit. The large dining table made for great meals together. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Lots of plates and dishes and silverware. Location is close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk. Home had some old feel charm mixed with modern amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!
