Welcome to Moby's Beachhouse, a dog-friendly, lovingly updated 1970s gem in Pacific Beach, ideally located just a 7-minute flat walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive from Seabrook Resort!
This spacious 3400 sq ft haven features a 5-person hot tub for the ultimate coastal spa experience. Comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests and their furry friends, it's the perfect retreat for family gatherings or group getaways on the Washington coast.

The Details
Perfect for families and groups, our pet-friendly Pacific Beach vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and over 3,400 square feet of living space, our spacious home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is perfect for large gatherings.
Come relax and sip organic coffee in our roomy living room full of warmth with an oversized plush couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and SmartTV, or whip up meals in the kitchen with ample meal prep space.
The 4 bedrooms embrace a retro feeling with fun color palettes, super comfy beds, soft linens, and built-in desks for remote work if necessary. The perks extend to a separate laundry room.
Kids will love the large backyard firepit for roasting marshmallows and the large dining table for arts & crafts. Firepit is located on our property outside the fence, adjacent to the free standing garage.
Please note the 4 Bedrooms are located upstairs with a child/pet gate located at the top of the stairs.
Enjoy two 27" mountain bikes for the kids to explore around town. Gather around the propane firepit on the large outdoor sectional sofa during the summer months.
The home is stocked with family essentials like a Pack 'n Play, Collapsible Travel Crib, stair safety gate, toys (Play Kitchen, Hot Wheels Cars,2 American Girl Dolls & tons of Army soldiers and vehicles), books, and a retro built-in Nutone radio in the living room.
A retro Victrola Turntable is fun to spin a few of our records on; check out Wacky's for additional inexpensive vintage vinyl's.
Kids and Adults alike will enjoy the Arcade Ms. Pacman/Gallaga game, Pop-A-Shot Arcade Basketball game, Foosball Table, plus there are sand buckets and a razor clam shovel & bucket in the garage.
The spacious garage provides plenty of room to unload and spread out sandy beach gear. There's also a large stainless steel sink that's perfect for rinsing off seashells and cleaning the day's catch.
A convenient hot water spigot by the front entrance makes rinsing sand from shoes and paws a breeze before heading inside.
Recently updated with new floors, paint, roof, new furnishings and hybrid hot water heater so you'll always have plenty of hot water.
The kitchen includes an electric stove, double oven, Cuisinart coffee pot, electric kettle, crockpot and Nutribullet blender.

There is also space to park two 25' RV's on the other side of the separate garage. (Exterior Garage next door is for private owner use only.)

What to Avoid
A couple of handy tips to make the best of your beach visits.
Do not bring your dog to the beach at dusk or dark off-leash. Every year wonderful companions are lost on the beach in the dark and will wander, sometimes miles.
Stay cognizant of your Tide Tables, park your car far enough from shore to ensure it isn't flooded by the incoming tide. It happens to unsuspecting visitors every year!
